OK, OK, "flat-resistant" is more accurate! :-p Just wanted to distinguish those tires that have some sort of protective layer from those that don't.
As for size aprevo15, you say you run on bad pavement, so I can't see why you'd want anything but the fattest tire you can run.
Air is free, and it doesn't weigh much, so use as much of it as you can!
