Sram makes a 12-28.
12,13,14,15,16,17,19,22,25,28

there's a 3t jump from the 19 to the 22 instead of the 12-27's 2t jump to a 21.

I use those cogs a lot when climbing so it'd bother me, but you may do something different.

Sram cassettes shift just fine with Shimano derailleurs.
