on the cheap; Bell Kevlar, available from Wal-mart. I have them on my hybrid, work well, last forever, very puncture resistant.

they are only 1.75 nominal (ISO 47-559). I am over 300lbs, and have had no issues with them. I run them at 70 psi - the side wall says 40-65 psi. You can find many tires that are more expensive.
