The brake arm for the Sturmey Archer B2C Kick Shift is longer than the braze-on fitting. Luckily, the included brake arm clamp worked just fine.

We had the wheel built by QBP ("Quality Bike Products") in Bloomington, MN USA. If we had one built for a customer it would probably sell for ~$220.
