OK... I didn't get specific enough.
I bought a 1988 Trek 1200 (I think it was a 1200. May have been a 1000)... bought it new in 1988... that came stock with Biopace chainrings. So it was only 23 years ago.
Sorry I exaggerated it to 25 years...
