While riding today on SW Barbur, I encountered a "Black Hole" catch basin (East side of SW Barbur directly across from 3007 SW Barbur). One that sits prominently in the bike lane, and has a rather large dip that could cause a cyclist to loose control and crash. I've reported this catch basin before, and a traffic cone was put out, but later disappeared.







Can we get this, and the other catch basins leveled, or at least paint some kind of warning stripe (such as Tualatin has done on SW Martinazzi).
