Wheel/hub type?

I have this wheel that was on an old frame I acquired (the same one that had the Shimano 600 parts I asked about a few weeks ago.)
My freewheel tools don't fit it, but I may just not have the right tools. Looking at the Sheldon Brown website, I was wondering if it could be one of these: http://www.sheldonbrown.com/k7.html#uniglide-old
I've attatched some pictures. The rim is a narrow 27 inch one, not sure of the make as most of the stickers are gone. But I'm not sure how to find out what the hub is without pulling it apart and I don't have the tools, nor would want to buy tools just for this one thing. If it is one of those old Uniglides, what should I do with it? Do people want them or because it was between technologies is it scrap? I don't plan on using it as I don't have a matching front wheel and don't plan on using 27 inch anymore.
