Identify an unknown frame from probably around the 80s

I recently got this random frame for free and try to identify it for my project.

Some details:

- Bocama lugs (BCM logos on lugs with numbers 67 and 70)
- "B10023" on the bottom of the top tube
- Suntour headset
- Simplex dropouts
- BSA bottom bracket (68mm)
- was originally (splatter) colored with bright red/orange, white and possibly green (some remains were found under the terrible blue/black paint)
- quite long frame (seat tube 51,5 c-c, top tube 57 c-c)
- stem steerer diameter 21mm, seat tube diameter 26.2mm
- rear fork width 126mm, front fork width 99mm (approximations)
- probably used to be a 26" MTB or hybrid due to the brackets for cantilever brakes for 26" wheels
- no other text or numbers found on the frame

See pictures before and after removal of the ugliest paint ever.

Thanks!
