After Pictures
Here is the after-
I had an extra 700c wheelset, I put on new bars, tape, hoods, head mount, bar end shifters, 8 speed rear cassette, new crank set, new chain, sks fenders, tires, and of course a Brooks B-17.

I know the handlebars are up high, but I like a more upright riding position.
