Then there are 3/$50 sewups at yellowjersey.org
Then you'll have to get a couple of tubes of glue, around $4 apiece.
The hubs are my favorite bits on that bike.
Paint wear on the top tube is slightly worrisome, but I'd probably ride it, being a fairly light rider. Check out the downtube just behind the head tube also for any signs of possible crash damage.
