Anyone else ride a 2003 Klein Palomino and have a problem with the chain jumping up and running along the rear swingarm?

Apart from wearing away the paint etc... can be annoying when it jams solid!

oh, & I dont think my chain ring is bent... seems to happen on rough ground or high cadence...
