There are 2 generations of Yoshio Konno-built Specalized Allez - the 1st has 'Allez' embossed on the seat stay eye and the 2nd has the stylised 'S' of Specialized in the same place. From the photo you provide it's not possible to be sure if it has the offset fork crown common to both models due to the angle.
