Bikes: Giant Defy 5

Make sure you have a bright towel or something to identify your spot in the transition area! I don't know how many people are in your Tri, but the easier to find your stuff, the better.

Practice your transition so you can figure out how you want everything laid out - you might be surprised! Some people can do it in under a minute (they don't wear socks while running which is a BAD IDEA if you're not used to it) and some people take over 5. You'll find out what works for you.

Also, I'm sure you've heard it before but just in case - NEVER try anything new the night before or a day of a race - even if it's free. There will be vendors there offering samples of all sorts of stuff, more than likely, but resist the urge to try a new flavor of something or some new product.

Good luck and have fun!
