Well my latest purchase does not go without a little story.
On May 9th I ordered a pair of Endura MT500 shorts from Chain Reaction Cycles.

They tell me it will be 5 to 8 days for delivery.
Since they are coming from the UK I have my doubts.
So 10 days pass and still no shorts... Then 13... no shorts.
So, I contact them to see whats up.
they tell me to wait until 15 full business days and if they have not showed up then contact them again and they will take care of it.
I wait 16 full days and contact them again.
They agree to send me a new pair of shorts.
Then a day later they contact me to tell me that they are out of stock on the shorts.
So I ask to see if they will swap the shorts for a set of Schwalbe Marathon supreme tires and they agree.
They then ship the tires.
With all of the communication back and forth it was nearly a month since I ordered the shorts.
Finally a package shows up from Chain Reaction and I'm all like "YAY my tires are here"
But no.
I open the package to find the shorts.
Apparently they were sent to Australia.
At this point in the story I have tires on the way and a pair of shorts I have paid nothing for.
Since I am a nice guy and the shorts debacle was not their fault I contact them again to tell them I got the shorts and owe them some money.
So they knock 25% off the price of the shorts and send the invoice to my paypal to pay at my leisure.
Then today, after nearly two weeks, my tires finally arrive.
So I mounted them up.

They will stay on the off roader until my new commuter is finished.
I am dying to see how much easier this makes my commute compared to the Kenda Small Block 8s that were on the bike.
And to wrap it all up I cannot say enough good things about how Chain Reaction handled this.
They did everything in their power to make it right and I will be buying more things from them in the future.
