Well, spoke to Rene at Bike Friday this afternoon. Seems my NWT is on its way to our So. CA address where we will not be for another couple of weeks. Rene said she saw the note that said we'd come down to Eugene to pick up the bike once it was done, but BF's exemplary Cust Serv seems to have been too quick to ship it to the home address they currently had on file.
No problem, Rita, who ships the bikes, had FEDEX divert the bike from So CA back here to WA State, where we are currently. Should see it in another 8-10 days. In the mean time, I will just be riding my great Pocket 8. In the end, exceptional Cust Serv.
Obviously, no pictures until the bike arrives.
