Do not run with a water bottle, there will probably be water supplied on the run.
Hold off drinking water as soon as you get ON the bike, chances are you have swallowed some during the swim
and drinking more will give you a sloshy gut feeling during the bike/run. Wait about 15-20 min on the bike before
you drink.
Even thou the carbs wont hit you right away, I feel energy after I take in a gel, so feel free to do so. Just make
sure that you are familiar with that gel and how it reacts in your stomach.
Finish on empty! PUSH yourself at the end.
