I did buy from a LBS, however in retrospect I think I should have bought the like new CAAD9 on ebay instead of the Felt Z85, however I'm still pleased with my choice. Place right in town somewhat overcharged, went to sioux falls to buy the bike.. get 105 stuff for the same price as a trek 1.5 with tiagras from the place right in town.

Posters are largely right for me when they say price is everything. I do fairly extensive research before buying, and know what I'm going to pay ahead of time on expensive items. I've bought a few things I should have NOT though, such as spending extra on a 60 inch samsung LCD when the 55 inch was a better bang for the bucks square footage wise, etc.
