My Fuji fork has 7.5" (190.5mm) (IIRC, I can double check when I get home) of steer tube and there is only enough space for the stock headset and a Deda Quattro stem, plus about 0.5mm. I think you should be able to find stack heights for these components fairly easily, but it doesn't seem like 160mm will be enough.
Note: I also have a 52cm FTP.
I seem to have been mistaken on the length as well, its about 189/190 from what I can see. But check again if you have a chance, thanks!
