The bars are hot because they are effective...not just the next new carbon toy. 3T really got the ergonomics right. They thought "out of the box" and got away from the traditional round tube design which has been around for over 100 years. They took advantage of the freedom that carbon gave them.

I honestly believe that they should win design awards for these bars. They are truly innovative. Hopefully the UCI doesn't ban them (knock wood).
