I used it a little bit last night...just for a minute because i was unsure whether it would help, and didnt want to make it worse.
Probably a dumb question, but Ive never had this type of issue- should I apply direct pressure to the sore area (directly on the outside of the knee) or work the band above the knee? Or both? Thanks for the help.
