Hi I'm new to this, I'm looking for some advice on converting my old Peugeot road bike to fixed gear/single speed.

I'm looking to buy a new wheelset with a flip flop hub. Most of the ones I have seen say they fit to 120mm rear dropouts and 100mm front. I measured the dropouts on my frame and they are 160mm rear and 120mm front. I haven't seen any wheels that say they fit to this size.

Is there anything you can do to space them out or something? or make them fit?
Anybody have some advice they could give me to help me with my conversion? as I'm very new to this.
