Just got one more bike. Good Deal?

So an ex co-worker who didn't use this any longer, decided to bring it to me and see how I liked it.

It's a Trek 2100 Pro. Don't know what year - please advise. With:

Ultegra RD and Shifters
105 Brakes
Real thick white look pedals
Not sure what the rest is.

Chain and drivetrain overall look great.
Rear tire is flat - Big deal!
Front wheel is pretty bent.

Got it for $80 bucks!

Did I do well? Is this worth working on?
Anyone know the year?
The frame is carbon with alloy clusters, i.e., headset, BB, and seat.

Perfect frame size for me... It kind of smells though!!
