I just can't get over the budget jump to move to a Quarq or SRM. I'm starting to get sick of my PT, as I prepare to order another wiring harness. The thing is that I'm on a $600 power meter. I don't have race wheels, so I'm not missing that opportunity. If I move to a Quarq, then I have to turn around and buy a head unit of some sort, and I'm into the $2k range at that point. Then I still need a new rear wheel. I can sell the PT and break even on that one I suppose.

Still, it's a lot of PT harnesses before I get to that $2k kind of money. It's absurd how many of them I see out on the road though (and SRMs too). It seems like lots of people are able to just jump in and do it. I've got the money, I just can't bring myself to spend it. <shakes head>
