I lost the 20 lbs I gained due to law-school-related stress by getting a sparkpeople.com account, and just inputting EVERYTHING I ate and drank. Turns out I was snacking a lot more than I'd realized, and after using the site for a few months, I gained a more accurate picture of what I should be consuming to stay at the weight I wanted to be at.
