I believe I have found the problem but i'm not sure how to solve the problem. It appears to be a rubber o-ring or something similar to it rubbing on the inside of the disk where it is screwed on. Would it be a problem or create a problem if i removed this piece of rubber. I'm trying to post a picture without having to upload it to a site but i havent quite figured that out yet.
