I do a lot of core exercises and have found them very useful. My posture has improved, as has my general bicycling strength. One of the things I do daily is planks - I now do 90 seconds planks. I do bridges, pushups, etc. The planks are especially good. Sometimes I do a two minute plank.
What are planks & bridges ??
