I use a pair of these and have been satisfied with the way they work except in real cold weather (teens F or below). I solved the problem with a pair of thinsulate liners from a worn out pair of pac boots. I cut out the sole and made them rear entry. I put them on over my boots and pull the shoe covers on over them. It works real well. When it's extremely cold (I've got a mile long 40 mph descent during the commute) I throw a pair of toasty toes inside the mix.
