75-80 rpm for Jan? Cool. I'm far bigger than Jan and average 80 rpm and I thought I was spinning compared to what I used to be .

I would think that alot of big guys (6'2" +) would spin lower rpm because there is so much leg mass to haul around those spindles. When it come to running, little guys always accelerate better out of the blocks but once the big guys like Carl Lewis back in the day would get those long legs unwound, they would rush at the end.
