One LBS (I don't frequent them any more) regularly failed to retighten the brake release used to remove the wheel. Not a big deal, but just plain old sloppy work. After they returned the bike to me with grease marks all over it, I decided to not go there anymore. Fortunatley another excellent shop opened up nearby, where I go now.

I dropped in the old store last week - same - "I couldn't give a sh*t that you are on our store" attitude from the clerk - reconfirmed my decision not to go there anymore. BTW, this is Treads in Parker, CO, and the great new shop is Creekside in Parker.
