Ack, I hate pinch flats. I keep a spare tube in my office as well as on my bike so I can replace 2 tubes in a day (only 1 per ride though), if I have to.

Monday morning is never great, even on a bike, but I managed to only get to work 30 mins late A bit wet here and there but nothing to stop my commute in.
