2 bottles @ 24 oz. plus a 32oz Gatorade for 2.5hrs + exercise in 100F heat. That is not enough, I would argue that if you pre-hydrate prior to your ride you shouldn't experience this, however 100F takes alot out of your body.

I strongly suggest pre-hydrating before rides over 2hrs. It works, especially when stopping is not an option or not desired.
