Well he spent an hour or so with me on the bike. did just the basic fit. Set the seat height took 2 times to get it on Plus while on the trainer I lifted my hands off the bars to see if I could keep myself close to that position without using my hands. He measured the top tube and the seat tube. I had him take it off the trainer so I could check stand over height. I can play around witht the rest. PLUS its a 549.00 bike so Its just my entry into road biking if I enjoy it as much as mountain biking I'll upgrade the bike and have a Real fit done.
