my bike's an old piece of schwinn and i like it anyway
i want to take a towel and wrap it around my seat 3 or 4 times
my front wheel is clicking and it's driving me crazy
i'd buy a speedometer but the reality of how slow i ride might be too much to handle
i'd go on a group ride but i'm afraid my bike would fall apart
CRANK-IT, here's how this works: I, like you, pulled out my 20+ year old Schwinn a while back. Last fall, to be exact. Put on new tires, greased the chain, rode away. Less than a year later, I am looking for a bigger home because my current place is full of bicycles. I got several for me and one for each of my three daughters. My car is falling apart because I don't maintain it anymore. The only clothing I've bought in '11 is bike duds. My new vernacular includes "riding the hoods", "wheel suckers"and "yard sale". I wear spandex, commando, to WalMart. I've been sailing once in 2011. I have become almost completely one-dimensional. This is where your life is heading now. Live it.
