Today I did 4.2 miles bringing me almost to 160. I did a short ride to see how hard I could push it without feeling icky. Averaged 10.6mph. Man oh man am I slow. But it was my fastest ride yet.

View my pain route thread. I have a route I push myself on as well and will probably do it once a week. However I do push it until I feel queasy and then keep it there just as a challenge to myself. Twice last night I almost threw up while on a uphill.
