Bikes: Specialized Sirrus, Giant OCR3, Giant CRS3

Dublin is a much smaller city (about 1 million) so isn't comparable to London.

Here about 4% of commuters into the city centre do so by bike. Still very low but this represents a 30% increase over 5 years.
