Just received Grand Cru roller hanger and Dia Compe straddle cable. I can't get the straddle cable thru the pulley portion of the roller hanger. It doesn't look like it's physically possible. What I am doing wrong?

By looking at the pictures on Velo Orange's website, it looks like you just unscrew the allen bolt then you can remove the pulley wheel looking thing. Then, put straddle cable though and put the pulley wheel back in place.

However, the pulley wheel and the rest of the roller hanger seems to be one piece of metal. It doesn't look like I can remove the pulley. The direction on VO's page doesn't address how to insert straddle cable into roller hanger either.

I've already emailed them. Hopefully, I can get faster response here.
