The Force and Rival FD's are the same, sans the color. Your not going to miss much by going Rival. Red has a bit less play...but its not a game changer. The front is where you want the Zero Loss, which the Rival has. Go with some quality cables and housings...those can make a difference too.

Keep your brakes if you want to save some loot. A good set of pads will do wonders for your braking.
