+1 on each of the two previous comments. I've been riding a Brooks B17 for a week. It's still being broken in obviously, but it's already the most comfortable saddle I've ridden. Two previous gel saddles were OK, but not quite as good.
In any case, once saddle height, angle, and relationship to handlebars are all properly adjusted, a nose on a saddle shouldn't be an issue or cause pressure "down there".
