Not really. Starbucks will fill a reusable container that you bring in with whatever beverage you want (they will even give you a slight discount). So you can just use your own cup that you know will fit on your bike without spilling. I've been using the same one at various coffee places for years now, and virtually all of them will let you use your own container. Not sure about fast food places, though. But the ideal solution seems to be to just do away with the idea of disposable cups. Then it doesn't have to be quite as "cheap", and it can actually be well-made out of metal, plastic, etc.
