Good Luck .
It's hit or miss with LBSs in my area.

I recently purchased a new bike for a family member from an LBS. Since they were having a "sale" they couldn't prep the bike until 2 days later. I noticed that the brakes were kind of spongy and the tires needed air. I called in 2 days to make sure I didn't have to schlep down there for nothing. "Nope, not ready. Call us tomorrow." I did. "Come on down. It's ready," they said. I show up and, sure enough, brakes are still spongy and the tires still need air. If you're not gonna do anything to the bike, at least let me take it home! Sheesh.
