I read something about sitting on a hard surface with some carbon paper pointed down onto some paper, but that didn't work for me, i just went to my LBS, they have this memory gel pad that you sit on for 5 seconds then measure right as you get up. To bad i can't remember the measurement though, i'll have to go again soon.
