I did a professional computer fitting on my road bike using the Retul system by a Retul certified fitter. The complete fitting consists of several in shop fittings and riding for a week or so in between fittings. The difference between the Retul and the fitting bing181 had done is that Retul fits you on your bike and not on a stationary bike then transferring the data to make adjustments on your bike. You are hooked up with electrodes on the entire side of your body and the laser sends and receives signals from the electrodes that are interpreted by the computer. I also had everything from my cleats, shoes, bars, and shifters matched to my body. I noticed a significant difference after the first set of adjustments. It took me four visits to the fitter before the bike and I were as close as it will ever get. The fitter is also a semi-pro racer here in Florida with several trips to the podium. Besides the fitting, he also throws in different things to do to improve your strength and riding habits. I can get on my road bike and ride for hours and not feel tired or sore to the point that my legs hurt.

I know that a lot of cyclist tweak their bikes to get a better fit and have found the perfect setup for themselves, but I am willing to bet that with a Retul fitting, you will see just how far off you really are. I absolutely can't say enough good about it.
