I had one of these in the 80's. In fact I rode my first century on it, and several bike camping trips. It actually came a with 40-spoke back wheel from the factory. My personal opinion was that the brakes were unimpressive, the hubs were mediocre, but overall was an excellent bike. In fact you could probably not touch it, sell it and make money. Now you need a nice Brooks saddle! (BTW I have an '86 Schwinn Tempo from the same era, Tenax frame).
