OP, I wouldn't give much thought to a website where folks post pictures of their bikes that were damaged in unknown ways. Didn't come across a Cervélo in the first 4 pages anyway.
I hope their warranty takes care of you, which I'm sure they will. A lifetime warranty is a nice thing to have.
