Road bike- Campy to Velocity Razor wheelset, which came out to around $350 total because I bought smart.
Fixed bike- Cinelli Alter stem at $75 used.

This is not counting frames and stuff that came off of other bikes like my Miche cranks and Brooks Swift. Both of my bikes are pretty cheap and solid.
