Hang in there Sub. I know a little about addictions myself and in my experience it's true that they're all about that getting to that other place and even though everyone has their drug of choice, they'll use anything available to try to get there.

Just checking in here: on vacation in Sandpoint, ID for a family wedding. Some good riding here--I've been climbing up to the ski resort each morning (9 miles at a steady 6-7%). It reminds me I really need to lose 10 lbs, but hey I'm on vacation.
