The cars are not out because people here in the Seattle metro don't roll their asses out of bed until 10:00 or so on the weekend. Heck, many of them can't be troubled to do much better during the week.
My wife works at Microsoft and says that there are lots of people who don't come in until between 10 and 11, then stay until 9pm or so. I'm not an evening person. By 9pm, I'm already thinking about bed. Heck, it's 10pm and this is my last post before knocking off for the night so I can be up at 4am.
