I am wanting to upgrade the shifters and gearing for my Crosstown 1.0. I'm told I should go with Shimano 105 10 speed drivetrain and SL-R770 flatbar shifters. My current setup is 9 speed with a triple 28/38/48 crankset. I would like to keep that crankset (to save some $$) and replace the cassette, chain, front derailleur and rear derailleur. I'm very confussed as to what will work for me. The current rear derailleur is a Deore which i think is mountain bike stuff, right? This bike is used mostly on road with an occasional dirt bike path. I do need some climbing ability since where I live has some hills. I have already gone to 23mm tires and this has helped considerably, but the current Sunrace shifters are always a pain to keep in tune!PLEASE HELP!
