I just started to ride after 30+ years without touching a bike. I survived a recent health issue and now have extra energy. My Brother gave me his Mountain bike which last year I put on 350 miles of 1 to 3 mile stints around the village for the exorcise. this year I started out with 5 mile stints with the occasional 10+. Just recently I found the Erie Canalway bike trail and loved it!! I have completed three bike runs of 10, 22, and 18 miles each and enjoyed each bike run but would like to find a group of people who would like to bike 10-20 or more miles on the Erie Canalway every weekend with maybe a few miles on some of the other local trails. --note-- I'm not into road biking, though I would do a little I simply enjoy the trails far too much to want to do any road biking.

I live South of Rochester NY where as the closest point to the Canal is Palmyra NY, Though I'm up for most any entry point.
