Anyone built up a commuter bike from an XACD frame? I'm on the verge of having them put together something to mimic the position of my Tarmac except with rack and fender mounts with clearance for 28mm tires w/ fenders.

Not looking for xenophobic "buy USA" comments. I am aware of the risks.
